1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Custom or personalised items may require additional time, and any delays will be communicated by email.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship all orders using Australia Post.
Available delivery options (Standard or Express) and shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on your address.
Shipping promotions or free-shipping offers may apply from time to time.
3. Delivery Area
We currently ship within Australia only, including PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and Parcel Collect addresses.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and location.
Australia Post delivery estimates apply and may vary during peak periods or due to external delays.
These timeframes are estimates only — delays outside our control may occur.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to monitor delivery progress.
6. Incorrect Address or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

An incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout; or

The parcel being unclaimed
We will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Reshipping fees will apply if the return occurred due to customer error.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is lost, significantly delayed, or damaged during transit:

We will assist in investigating the issue with Australia Post.

If the item cannot be located or arrives damaged, we will provide an appropriate remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)—this may include a replacement or refund.
We won’t ask you to chase the courier yourself — we take responsibility for resolving delivery issues.
8. Returns Under Australian Consumer Law
Your purchase is protected by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product:

Is faulty or damaged;

Does not match the description;

Is not of acceptable quality;

Fails to be delivered within a reasonable time after purchase.
These rights cannot be excluded or limited by our policy.
9. Returning Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

We will cover the cost of return shipping for all valid ACL claims.

Once assessed and approved, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
For major failures, you may choose between a refund or replacement.
10. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty or defective products.
