What type of magnets do you offer?
reminisceStix offers a range of personalised magnets that are 53mm x 80mm in size, including fully custom designs and curated packaged sets. Fully Customisable Magnets can be either Portrait or Landscape orientation. Whether you're ordering a single set or placing a bulk request, we provide versatile options to suit any occasion. See our Collection for more information.
Can I customise my magnets?
Absolutely. You can edit your photos or design your own images using your preferred design software/tools, and then upload them when you're ready to make your magnets. Remember to centre the magic. Leave a margin of at least 10mm on all sides to avoid cropping.
What kind of images can I upload?
You can upload photos directly from your device’s photo gallery. If you want to use images from social platforms like Facebook or Instagram, simply log in to your account, save the desired photos to your device, and upload them from there.
Helpful Tip: To get the best results when printing your images, choose high-resolution photos that are sharp, well-lit, and meaningful to you. Aim for images that are at least 300 PPI to ensure crisp, clear prints, and select photos that capture a feeling, tell a story, or hold special significance. Try to avoid dark, blurry, overly filtered, or unfocused images, as these may affect print quality.
Important Note: Please ensure your images and content are appropriate. Avoid uploading content that is offensive, pornographic, sexually explicit, or related to criminal activity. reminisceStix reserves the right to cancel any orders containing such imagery and content.
How will I know if my image will look good printed?
We know it can be hard to judge how a photo will print just by viewing it on a screen, as screen resolution differs greatly from high-resolution print quality. We've put together a guide to help you choose the best possible images/content for your personalised products and ensure your final product turns out beautifully!
Technical & Quality Considerations to take when choosing your images/content.
Resolution: Higher resolution means better print quality. A minimum of 300 PPI is ideal to avoid pixelation.
Image Quality: Pick photos that are in focus with good lighting, balanced contrast, and natural colours. Blurry, dark, or overexposed images won’t print well.
Subject Positioning: Remember to centre the magic. Subject or point of interest should be kept away from the edges. Leave a margin of at least 10mm on all sides to avoid cropping.
File Format: Use lossless formats such as TIFF or PNG whenever possible. If you’re using JPEGs, make sure they’re saved at the highest quality with minimal compression.
Colour Profile: Keep in mind that screens use RGB colour while printers use CMYK. Our printers will handle the conversion, but keep in-mind that colour shifts can occur.
Artistic & Emotional Considerations: Select images that spark emotion — happiness, nostalgia, love, or capture meaningful moments. Choose photos with strong composition or those that tell a story. If you're printing a collection, consider mixing portraits, landscapes, candid shots, and even black-and-white images for variety.
Final Check Before Ordering: Once you’ve narrowed down your favourites, review them one more time. Compare similar shots and choose the version with the best expression, connection, clarity, or overall composition.
How do I place an order?
An order will need to be placed and confirmed using our website. All Customised Magnets will required you to upload an image. Once you have decided on what photos or images you want to make into magnets, choose which package or style of Custom Magnets you want to order and follow the prompts through the checkout. If you wish to order our Pre-Designed Magnets, simply choose which Style you want to order and follow the prompts through the checkout.
Do you do Bulk Orders?
We sure do! To place a bulk order, simply visit our Collection and choose your preferred package or style of magnet. You can select one photo image for multiple magnets or upload different images for each piece. You can then increase the quantity needed and follow the prompts through the checkout.
Important Note: Quantity does not refer to the quantity of magnets you will receive, it refers to the quantity of the product you've selected. For example, if you choose our '4 set of Customisable Magnets' and selected a quantity of 8, you will receive 8 x (4 set of Customisable Magnets) which means you will receive 32 magnets in total. If you only want 8 magnets in total then the quantity you select should be 2.
For details on bulk pricing and special requests, please refer to our Bulk & Special Orders page.
What is the typical turnaround time for orders?
Turnaround time depends on the level of customisation and order size. Most orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Shipping times vary based on your chosen method and location. For more details, please see our Shipping, Returns & Refunds page.
What is your Return Policy?
We accept returns only for damaged items or orders that have been supplied incorrectly. Please note that customised products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. For full details, visit our Shipping, Returns & Refunds page.
